A Creative Day at FUJIFILM House of Photography in London
Recently, I visited the Fujifilm House of Photography in London for a photography event focused on studio lighting and creative techniques. It was a really inspiring experience and a great opportunity to learn how lighting can completely transform an image.
The atmosphere was full of creative energy, surrounded by photographers passionate about their craft. I picked up useful tips on studio lighting, especially how different setups can change the mood, depth, and storytelling of a portrait. It was a great reminder of how much control lighting gives you in a studio environment. Thank you The Light Doctor.
There was also valuable insight into the business side of photography, including how to strengthen my business and see product ranges in person.
A real highlight was meeting Abigail Lewis Photography and her sister Kristie, who were both friendly and inspiring to talk to.
I also met a fellow photographer from Estonia, and we ended up chatting over lunch about photography and creative ideas. Those spontaneous conversations are often the most memorable part of events like this.
Overall, it was a really motivating day that left me feeling inspired to keep developing my studio lighting skills and continue exploring photography business side more deeply.
I’d definitely recommend attending events like this if you want to grow creatively and connect with other photographers.
